Expand the existing wastewater storage tank V519 to the west. Replace and expand the existing liquid caustic soda tank at its original site, with a preliminary plan to change from 37m3 to 60m3; 4. Add small wet electrostatic precipitators and small catalytic denitrification facilities, as well as supporting safety control systems and other facilities.

The existing dimethyl sulfoxide device has a capacity of 10,000 tons/year. The exhaust gas meets the discharge standards after treatment, wastewater is discharged into Cang Lian without external discharge, noise meets the discharge standards, and solid waste is disposed of properly. A pollution discharge permit has been obtained (Permit No.: 91130900692057285L001P).
